Before you order

Ask us about any size, weight, fit, compatibility or included components that the product page does not clearly specify. For footwear and fitted training accessories, confirm the exact size before purchasing.

Returns and package issues

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery and contact us first for instructions. We pay eligible return shipping and provide a prepaid return label and the correct return address. If an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, include the order number and a description of what arrived. Do not send merchandise to the business correspondence address without instructions.
