30-day return request window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your item is delivered. Email support@ourmoderyyyil.com with your order number, the item and the reason for your request. Contact us before sending merchandise so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Return eligibility
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged and returned with the accessories supplied with it. We also support returns for damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items, and items materially different from their description. The unused-condition requirement does not limit the remedies that apply to a defective or misdescribed item under applicable law.
Return shipping and prepaid labels
We pay return shipping for eligible returns and provide a prepaid return label. Follow the label and return instructions we send, including the correct return address. Do not send returned merchandise to the business correspondence address unless we instruct you to do so.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us if it is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts or materially different from the description. Include your order number and helpful photographs when available. These instructions do not limit rights or remedies under applicable law.
Restocking fees and exchanges
We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Refund questions
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting a return and explain whether the refund is approved. If you have not received an expected credit after we have issued the refund, contact your payment provider and contact us with your order number so that we can help check the refund status.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit nonwaivable rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods, unfulfilled orders, shipment delays or other protections under applicable law.
