These terms apply when you use the ourmoderyyyil store and place an order. The terms we, us and our mean ourmoderyyyil. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform; responsibility for the products, order fulfillment, support and refunds remains with the store.
Using the store
Provide accurate order and contact details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep any account credentials confidential. Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual property rights.
Products and buying decisions
Review the item description, selected size, weight, color, quantity, included components and compatibility before buying. Photographic props are not included unless the listing says so. Screen settings can affect apparent color. We do not use that variation to limit your rights if goods are materially different from their description.
Fitness and outdoor equipment
Follow the manufacturer instructions and stated fit, installation, weight, electrical and use limitations for the specific item. Exercise and outdoor information on the store is general product information, not individualized medical advice or a promise of a health outcome.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD. Review the final amount, shipping and any applicable tax at checkout. An order may require availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund amounts paid for the canceled items. An error correction does not remove rights attached to an order already placed. Available payment options are the methods presented for your order at checkout.
Shipping, cancellations and returns
Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Shipping destinations and special-address limitations are explained in our Shipping Policy. You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay eligible return shipping, provide a prepaid label, charge no restocking fee and do not offer exchanges. Returns follow our Refund Policy. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee a requested change after fulfillment has begun. Statutory rights for non-delivery, defective or misdescribed goods continue to apply.
Independent retailer and intellectual property
ourmoderyyyil is an independent online retailer. Unless expressly stated on a product page, we do not claim to manufacture products offered or to be affiliated with or endorsed by a third-party brand. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used to identify products. Do not reproduce store content without the relevant rights holder permission.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes a nonwaivable warranty, remedy, consumer protection or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights under applicable federal and state law take precedence over a conflicting term.
Changes and questions
Updated terms apply prospectively from the date shown, subject to required notice and applicable law. Order changes do not retroactively remove the rules and rights that applied when you bought. Contact us with questions.
