Payment Policy

Currency and checkout total

Store prices are shown in USD. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Review the product subtotal, any applicable tax and final total before submitting your order. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or other account fees.

Available payment methods

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and any other payment services displayed at checkout. Use the methods presented for your particular order. Availability may depend on your device, location, currency and payment-provider eligibility. The store remains responsible for fulfillment, support and refunds.

Authorizations and verification

A bank or provider may place an authorization before a charge is finalized. We or the payment provider may request an appropriate verification to prevent fraud. A pending authorization is not necessarily a second completed charge; your issuer can explain its release timing.

Declined or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, review your details or contact your payment provider. If you suspect a duplicate completed charge, email us with your order number and the dates and amounts shown. Do not include a full card number, CVV, password or one-time security code.

Payment safety

Complete payment through the store checkout. We do not ask you to email a full card number, CVV or password, or to send an off-site transfer, cryptocurrency payment or payment to a personal account to complete an ordinary store order.

One-time purchases

The products currently listed are offered as one-time purchases. No recurring subscription or automatic renewal is created for those purchases.

Refunds

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. See our Refund Policy for return eligibility and instructions.
