This Privacy Policy explains how ourmoderyyyil collects and uses personal information when you browse our store, place an order or contact us. Shopify hosts the store and provides ecommerce services. This notice describes our practices; it is not your consent to nonessential cookies or personalized advertising.

Information and sources

• Contact and order information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, purchases, and customer-service messages.
• Payment and transaction information processed through the payment services presented at checkout. Please do not send full payment-card details or security codes to us by email.
• Browser, device, network and interaction information collected through Shopify and the technologies operating on the store, including IP address, cookie identifiers, and shopping activity.
• Information provided by service providers for payment verification, fraud prevention, delivery and customer support.

How information is used

We use information to operate the store, process payments and orders, arrange delivery, handle customer-service requests and returns, maintain security, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We also use information to maintain and improve the shopping experience. Promotional communications, if sent, include a way to unsubscribe; order and service messages may still be sent.

Service providers and disclosures

Information is shared as needed with Shopify and providers involved in payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, technical support and security. It may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and safety, at your direction, or in a business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards.

Shopify and international processing

Shopify processes information to host and operate the store. We use Shopify enhanced features that can combine information about your activity in this store with information from interactions with Shopify and other merchants to support services such as personalization, store improvement and advertising. For those enhanced services, Shopify is responsible for its own processing and related rights requests. Information may be processed outside the country where you live. Cookies and privacy choices

Cookies and similar technologies help maintain carts, checkout, preferences, security and store functionality. Shopify platform technologies also support analytics and marketing according to applicable settings and your privacy choices. Use Your Privacy Choices to exercise the sale, sharing and targeted-advertising opt-out offered by Shopify for applicable U.S. residents. Shopify also processes a recognized Global Privacy Control signal according to its regional privacy settings for the device and browser sending it. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although doing so may affect store functions. This policy is not consent to advertising or other nonessential tracking.

Optional Google Maps

If you choose to load the map on our contact page, your browser connects to Google and may provide your IP address and browser or device information. Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy. Loading the map is optional.

State privacy rights

Depending on your residence and which laws apply, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. California residents may also have rights to limit certain uses of sensitive information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. We may verify access, correction or deletion requests and require an authorized agent to show permission; an opt-out request does not require account creation. We respond within the applicable legal deadline, including 45 calendar days where required, and notify you of permitted extensions. Where the California opt-out deadline applies, we act as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 15 business days. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including orders, support, tax and legal requirements, resolving disputes and preventing fraud. Retention varies by information type and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The store is intended for general adult shopping and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes

We update this notice when practices change, update the date above, and provide additional notice where required.
