Overview

Adjustment & use
Set the cable length for your height and intended skipping style using the handle adjuster before training. Check that the adjustment is secure and that the cable rotates freely.
Allow clear space around and above the rope. The coated steel cable and compact handles can be coiled for transport between workouts.

Yes. The listed rope length is 280 cm before adjustment, and the handle mechanism allows it to be shortened for use.
Is the rope itself made of foam?
No. The cable is coated steel; the handles have foam grips.

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transit of 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We currently offer Standard shipping only.
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay eligible return shipping and provide a prepaid label. Contact us first for instructions and the correct return address. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, undamaged and include the supplied accessories. We charge no restocking fee and do not offer exchanges.
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
